On July 7, 2022, Kusto Home – the real estate brand of Kusto Group – held a signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation deal with BIDV – Gia Dinh branch to implement financing support for Urban Green project.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Sergey Nam, General Director of Kusto Home, Mr. Murat Utemisov, CEO of Kusto Group, Ms. Nguyen Anh Khue, Vice Director of BIDV – Gia Dinh branch, and other representatives from both parties.
According to the signed agreement, BIDV will provide a financial package with a total value of up to VND800 billion, and provide loans for the Urban Green project developed by Kusto Home in Thu Duc City. BIDV will also implement a mortgage program for individual customers to buy apartments at Urban Green project, whereby customers in need will be able to sign up for loans worth up to 70% of the apartment value.
According to a BIDV representative, loan approval and disbursement procedures will also be expedited to cut time and maximize cost savings for customers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Sergey Nam, General Director of Kusto Home, said that BIDV is considered a strategic partner for Kusto Home. BIDV is not only one of the four largest state-owned banks in Vietnam. By the end of 2021, BIDV continues to be the commercial bank with the largest total assets in the system with VND1.76 million billion. By establishing this long-term strategic partnership, Kusto Home has once again affirmed the outstanding strength of its management team and its ability to develop projects. In addition, Mr. Sergey Nam shared: “Inheriting international experience in many fields and strong financial capability from Kusto Group, along with a deep understanding of local culture, Kusto Home commits to pioneer in the development of high-quality housing projects. We are constantly innovating, creating living spaces to nurture both mental and physical health of customers.”
Besides bringing benefits and optimal financial solutions to customers, the signing ceremony between Kusto Home and BIDV also marks a new journey in the strategic cooperation between the two sides. The event is a testament to Kusto Home’s long-term vision and strategy on the journey of creating more values and outstanding living experiences in the Vietnamese market.
Urban Green – the latest project developed by Kusto Home
Urban Green is the latest project of Kusto Home located in Thu Duc City, next to National Way 13, only 15 minutes away from the CBD of Ho Chi Minh City and 500 meters from two stations of the Metro 3B.
